Process – conduct twelve (12) Major Food Drives at each Official Visit where brethren bring in canned and other nonperishable food products to be passed on to the most local food bank for distribution to those in need. Although food is preferred, cash/cheques are also welcome, as are any donations at any time. Cheques should be made out to Hamilton Masonic District ‘B’ noting the subject as Food Bank.
Rationale – assist with fulfilling an increasing need within our communities
Benefits – raise community awareness of the increasing need for assistance
Timelines – project would run throughout the Masonic Year
Projected Outcome – make a difference within our community
